Downstairs

There is sitting room on the ground floor with an open fire and two large radiators. This room has two large windows.

The large double bedroom on the ground floor has a 4'6" bed and a small sitting area.  There is a window to the front and back of the property.

There is also a large shower-room that is suitable for persons with moderate mobility issues.  The powerful shower runs off the boiler.

A newly fitted kitchen is at the rear of the property with a room leading off it that is used as a dining area.  This is a glass-fronted room looking out to the garden. On a sunny day  it is flooded with sunlight in the morning.  A small porch off the kitchen leads out to the garden and is used for outdoor clothing and shoes. 

The utility room is off the hall and has a washing machine and a separate drier.

This was probably two rooms at one time. It is now the double bedroom on the ground floor with a seating area.	This is the sitting room on the ground floor. It has an open fire and two radiators. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD/Video player.
The kitchan was recently fitted and has good storage. It has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a cooker with a gas hob and two electric ovens. We decided to keep the pulley! The door leads to the small porch and the back door to the garden.	The sun-room off the kitchen is used as a dining area. This room has large windows overlooking the garden. On sunny days it is bathed in sunlight throughout the morning.
This the large shower-room with a toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. The shower unit is large with a built-in, tiled seating area. The room is heated by a radiator and heated towel-rail.	The garden is a quiet, secluded area. It has various seating and, on a sunny day it is bathed in sunshine throughout the day.

The garden is a secure, walled garden. It is a mixture of lawns and flower beds and is a peaceful and pleasant place to sit. There is a table and chairs for outside dining.
