To book Ardbeg please email us with your chosen dates.  Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.  A 20% deposit will reserve your booking, with the balance 6 weeks before the date of arrival. 

Where a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival the full payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a booking is cancelled, the deposit / full payment will only be returned if the property is re-let.

DOGS

For the comfort of other guests following a 'guest pet'  stay, we ask you to accept the following:
 
The dog can be taken into any of the rooms downstairs BUT NOT IN THE BEDROOM AND NOT UPSTAIRS.
There is no problem with having your dog in the public rooms providing it doesn't go on the furniture.
There should always be someone in the house with the dog.
Any dog mess in the garden should be removed.

UNDER-OCCUPANCY.

A 10% reduction will apply when only 2 people occupy  the house (one bedroom) during mid and low season for a week or longer.

Included in these rates are gas, oil-based heating and electricity and all linen / towels. During the low season a bag of coal and a basket of logs will be included. 

Breakages / damage / additional cleaning

We ask our guests to send us a 'Good Housekeeping Cheque' for £100 to cover possible damage, significant breakages or additional cleaning if the house is left in an unsatisfactory state. If these are absent following your stay, we will destroy the cheque. In the event that repairs, replacements or additional cleaning are required, we will deduct the cost from the £100 and send the balance to you with the receipts.
